MISSION STATEMENT

My name is Steve Kramer and I have witnessed corrupt behavior by multiple lawyers in Kansas City. So I built this website to inform the public of which lawyers have a good reputation and which lawyers have a bad reputation. I began to publish the names of lawyers and their corrupt behavior that I had witnessed. One of those lawyers even tried to silence me by filing a restraining order against me in Clay County that was denied. Since building this website, I have had multiple victims reach out to me with their own accounts of unethical behavior by multiple lawyers. I began to investigate some of these lawyers and I have discovered a systemic pattern where multiple lawyers abuse their powers to alienate children from their parents. One of their commonly used methods is to get children diagnosed with ADHD or autism and then weaponize those therapy sessions against one of the parents. These lawyers know who they are. If you have experienced something similar, email us at lawyerstoavoid.com so that you can be a part of a class action lawsuit. I am a victim of parental alienation myself and so I have made it my mission in life to help other parents who have also been alienated.

FAMOUS CORRUPT LAWYERS

Marc Dreier

Marc Stuart Dreier is an American former lawyer who was sentenced to 20 years in federal prison in 2009 for committing investment fraud using a Ponzi scheme. He is scheduled to be released from FCI Sandstone on June 30, 2025. On May 11, 2009, he pleaded guilty in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York to eight charges of fraud, which included one count of conspiracy to commit securities fraud and wire fraud, one count of money laundering, one count of securities fraud, and five counts of wire fraud in a scheme to sell more than $950 million in fictitious promissory notes. Civil charges, filed in December 2008 by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, are pending. The 2011 documentary Unraveled states that “Drier stole over $740 million from 4 clients, 4 individuals, and 13 hedge funds”.

He is the sole equity partner of the dissolved law firm Dreier, LLP. After Dreier was suspended from the New York Bar on December 23, 2008, the New York Supreme Court formally disbarred him on October 8, 2009, effective nunc pro tunc to May 11, 2009. He had been admitted on May 5, 1976.

Rod Blagojevich

Rod Blagojevich is an American politician, political commentator, and convicted felon who served as the 40th governor of Illinois from 2003 to 2009. He was impeached, removed from office, convicted, and incarcerated for eight years on federal charges of public corruption. Blagojevich previously worked in both the state and federal legislatures. He served as an Illinois state representative from 1993 to 1997, and the U.S. representative from Illinois’s 5th district from 1997 to 2003. Blagojevich graduated from Northwestern University in 1979 and the Pepperdine University School of Law in 1983. After graduating, he became a criminal prosecutor at the Cook County State’s Attorney Office during the late 1980s. He represented the 33rd state house district in the Illinois House of Representatives as well as Illinois’s 5th congressional district for six years, winning re-election twice. He was elected Illinois governor in 2002. Starting in December 2008, a federal investigation and trial found Blagojevich guilty of public corruption after he attempted to sell the U.S. Senate seat vacated by Barack Obama upon his election to the presidency. Blagojevich was impeached, convicted, and removed from office in 2009 by the Illinois General Assembly. He was also subsequently barred by the Illinois Senate from holding public office within the state ever again. For his role in the corruption scandal, Blagojevich was sentenced to 14 years in federal prison.
